Simon Rowe
Area Sales Manager

“I am an Area Sales Manager for Vision Profiles, with expertise in machining and fabrication after having previously spent two years working as a CNC operator with Visions fabrication centre. I specialise in building relationships with businesses that want the most out of their products at competitive prices. My job is to see how Vision Profiles can add value to your business.

Outside of work I am a competitive martial artist, fitness fanatic and spend most of my free time playing guitar and writing music. I love to travel and am always looking to expand my horizons.”

“I was very aware of the reputation Vision Profiles have in terms of quality, services provided and technical expertise. So when I had the opportunity to be a part of this incredible team, I jumped at the chance. I am the Area Sales Manager for the North of England. (Staffordshire to Scottish border). To date, I have worked in a drawing department, customer service and Internal sales. This role is a natural next step in my career.

In my spare time, I’m normally on a tennis court or in the gym trying to keep active. Also… being from Wigan, rugby league (proper rugby) is close to my heart and spend match nights shouting from the stands as a Wigan Warriors fan!”

Internal Sales Team

Rach Hanly

“I joined Vision Profiles as an Account Manager in 2016 having come from a role where I was providing customer service within a manufacturing environment. This background has helped me in my understanding of manufacturing processes, but I also have a good appreciation of how important it is to our customers that we communicate and support them in the right ways. Part of the great service we offer is to adapt our processes to our customer’s needs, which means that no two days are the same. I really enjoy a challenge, and being part of this team gives me great opportunities to learn every day. It is really exciting to be working for a growing team and company, and I am looking forward to developing our relationships with existing and new customers in the future.”

Graeme Purves
VISION Account Manager

“I have now been employed at Vision Profiles for 12 Years. During my time, I have worked in most areas but mainly within the sales team. So far, I’ve enjoyed my time at Vision and have seen many changes from when I started with the company going from a staff of about 9, to 50 today. I am married to Sue with 2 kids (although kids are not the right word my son has just graduated from University, and my Daughter being 16 at School!). Main hobbies outside of work? Walking the Dog, going to the Pub (when allowed) and DIY. Previously to Vision I worked in a buying role and spent 13 Years in Army Communications.”

Claire Pryor
VISION Account Manager

“I have been at Vision Profiles for 6 + years, I came in as an Admin assistant on part time hours, I was attracted to the Job because in the job description, the word ‘bespoke’ appeared. I thought this would be an interesting role and be a bit different than working in a big corporation. I have a background in Manufacturing and Finance, working in larger corporations, so coming to Vision Profiles and working in a smaller more personable firm was a big shock but at the same time quite refreshing. My current role as an Internal Account Manager, which I have been doing for 3 years, is challenging but also enjoyable as I get to speak to lots of people both on professional and personal footing.”

Ali Williams

“After working in the NHS for many years I was ready for a new challenge and a change of direction. It was refreshing to join a small specialist company who support each other and work together to provide customers with a personal service. Communicating with customers and providing bespoke products means thinking on my feet which has given me a new lease of life. I have worked at Vision Profiles since November 2016, so I’m still learning and have lots to look forward too.”

Jo Day-Lewis
CORTIZO Account Manager

"I have worked in sales and manufacturing for 15 years looking after the UK Fire Brigades and airports requirements for firefighting equipment, and having originally trained as a nurse, customer service is still my main priority. I am enjoying working with a small team of dedicated, supportive and fun account managers.

Outside of work I play in local brass bands and enjoy photography and golf.  Fascinating fact… I am a former world record holder for the longest note to be played on a hunting horn."

Karen Badham
Finance Assistant

“I joined Vision Profiles just over 5 years ago to assist in the Accounts Department. My main role is Purchase Ledger and Credit Control. I have recently completed my AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accounting.

Away from the office I enjoy Zumba, reading, and walking in the countryside with my very energetic and active dog.”

“I’m a Finance assistant at Vision Profiles and have been with the company just under a year. Before joining Vision Profiles, I completed my AAT Level 2 qualification. My day to day role involves assisting in the smooth running of the finance department ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy. Outside of work I am kept busy with two young children, and love to spend days out as a family. My wedding was July of 2018 so I’m gradually weaning myself back into office life!”
